Kennedy’s Residences L.P. (KRLP) has been in operation for the last eight years initially operating as a sole proprietorship “Phoenix Associates” and from 2024 as a Limited Partnership under the name and brand “Kennedy’s Residences L.P.”
KRLP specialises and has developed a niche in the management of furnished residential properties. In 2020, in a bid to address the challenges involved in managing residential properties and redefine the hospitality and real estate space, Kennedy’s Residences L.P. pioneered the development of a property management IT and technology solution (AIMS) that would not only address these challenges but also transform the way hospitality and residential real estate is conducted and managed respectively.
Through a joint venture company “Proptech Innovations Limited”, KRLP teamed up with like-minded individuals and sought partnerships with technology companies such as Joy Smart Technology headquartered in China that develops Aqara smart locks to develop AIMS that offers end to end hospitality and property management solutions.
